We used this 'Queensland-built' insight along with a nod to the defiantly parochial nature of the audience to deliver a campaign flexing from brand to 1:1 to regionally targeted to weather-activated digital and black-spot located. And added an incentivised social campaign.

Our data told us some customers would benefit from changing their home internet technology. 
So we created an over-arching campaign, segmented to fibre upgrade, 5G upgrade, modem upgrade and cross sell audiences, all based on location and usage data.
